| As environmental issues become increasingly prominent, the energy supply has become tense. As a clean reproducible energy, wind power get more and more attentions by many countries of the world. At the same time, wind turbine is one of the most mature and largest developed technologies. Domestic wind turbine has got rapid development, in the maturing of the wind power business, innovation and learning from each other become the major focus of the study.Mid-speed wind turbine is a new product of the company where I participate as an intern. It was developed based on the studies of doubly-fed frequency-variable wind turbine. It can reduce the speed and gear box series of traditional megawatt wind turbine, and also improve the reliability while reducing the cost.In this paper, we focus on the electric power generation and reliability and present the basic principle of media wind turbine. The controlling strategy is introduced especially on the aspect of optimum energy utilization. The disadvantage of media-speed wind turbine is listed in this paper. The blocking approach on the side face is analyzed as a complementarily of the wind turbine at sea. The independent and variable pitch controlling system is also studied. With the coordination between two vibration reduction strategies, the reliability can be guaranteed.The hardware architecture is presented with considerations of the controlling system of the whole wind turbine. The function and parameter of central controlling system are introduced together with the software design, which is distinguished by different platform. We present the controlling diagram of different elements, i.e., human interface, monitoring software, etc. Besides, the function and structure of monitoring software is analyzed particularly. |
