With the rapid development of economics all over the world,the fossil energy on the land are getting depleted,and there are plenty of resource like the oil and natural gas on oceans,so many countries pay more and more attention to the oceans.China owns very vast sea area,in which there is a wealthy of marine resources.But due to the relatively weak naval force in China,our marine resources and territorial sovereignty were illegally encroached in recent years.It is our essential mission to develop the navy ships like the aircraft carrier and improve the navy oceanic combat capability for country's interest.And the combat capability of large naval ships depends on the advancement of weapons and the continuous combat capability,namely the supply capacity for the ships.Common ways of ship supply include the lateral supply,longitudinal supply,vertical supply and side-by-side supply.And the first three supply ways are not suitable for the large-scale supply,especially for the large or heavy goods.And the side-by-side supply can overcome this disadvantage,in which the side-by-side supply on the dock is a fundamental way of shore-based supply,and the side-by-side supply on the anchorage is a very new way of offshore supply.The characteristics of the side-by-side supply mooring system and the factors affected the system's performance can be obtained by studying this supply way.And the works are presented as follows:At first,the models of research object are estab lished,and the side-by-side supply mooring system is set up,which includes the side-by-side supply on the dock and the side-by-side supply on the anchorage.The principle of the side-by-side supply are introduced and the formula about the relative motion of the working point on the crane and the working point of lifting goods can be deduced,so the parameters about system performance can be obtained.For the second,the laws of side-by-side mooring system on the dock can be obtained through the analysis in the frequency domain.Then the system is studied in the time domain,the performance of mooring system is studied under different environmental conditions,including the relative motion of working points and the tension on the cables,so the safe environmental conditions can be obtained.And the different parameters in the system is analyzed so the optimized system solution can be obtained.For the third,the laws of side-by-side mooring system on the anchorage can be obtained through the analysis in the frequency domain.Then the system is studied in the time domain,the performance of mooring system is studied under different environmental conditions,and the factors including the size of floating boxes,the cables and the location of mooring points on the seabed can also be studied to optimize the system.
