The remote control anti-misoperation locking device is the necessary technical measures and important means for the secure and stable operation of the power system, and ensures the accuracy and correctness of control instruction is the key of anti-misoperation locking device. However, the existing areas remote control anti-misoperation locking system exist maloperation and misstrip, etc. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Inner Mongolia BaoTou grid and the shortage of operation of the remote control anti-misoperation locking system, the remote control anti-misoperation locking system is studied, and the improvement scheme is presented.To develop the remote control anti-misoperation locking system successfully, the logic model and the secondary control loop of grid need to be constructed. Based on the characteristics of Inner Mongolia BaoTou grid, taking the 110 kV substation as the research object, the principle of the remote control anti-misoperation locking is established and the secondary control circuit of remote control anti-misoperation locking is proposed to improve the connection. To meet the practical work needs of the substation, the various functions of the remote control anti-misoperation locking system are analyzed, and the system frame is given, and the main connection of system and action principle is established. On this basis, the main measure of the remote control anti-misoperation is put forward .
