According to the shortcomings of four types anti-misoperation locking system at present, designs online anti-misoperation locking system based on CAN bus and 1-Wire bus. The system is a three tiers network system, transformer substation tier communicates with bay tier by CAN bus, and bay tier communicates with execution tier by 1-Wire bus. As the terminal execution design of the anti-misoperation lock is very important. The functions of the lock are as follow: lock operation, state detection, operating guide, self-detection, back play preventing and machine unlocking. The state information and driving order transforms into 1-Wire signal, connecting to the bay controller with a common 1-Wire bus; All bay controllers exchange information with the host computer, realizing the scouting and controlling of the anti-misoperation locks.
