The metro entered the period of rapid development in China, the construction of the metro is expanding, there are good prospects for development and has abroad market. The subway is notable guzzler of electricity, Air Conditioning Equipment consumes about 40% of the total energy consumption, so it's very important to study the energy saving in the field of metro. Both the close type system and the platform screens system have their own advantages and disadvantages, as a result, a system which can transform between he close type system and the platform screens system is presented in this paper.The BIN method is adopted to analyze the ventilation load of the platform screens system, and get the ventilation load in the transition season and winter. In order to use of the piston wind, based on research of the framework of platform screens, three schemes to remould platform screens are presented in this paper.The three schemes are analyzed by utilizing CFD techniques. The model which is close to the actual situation was built, and according to the basic equation of hydrodynamics, the formula about Piston effect is derived. We confirmed the boundary condition of non-stationarity when the train pull in and departure, according to the formula about Piston effect, and compiled the procedure of UDF in C language.Both the train pull in and departure of the three schemes are analyzed, after this progress, the exact values that save in the station platform, the station hall and the tunnel are summarized, as a result, the third scheme is the best.In order to test whether the third scheme can satisfy the standard of comfort , we analyzed the flow field of the third scheme. It is proved that the third scheme can satisfy the standard of comfort, by analyzing the temperature field and speed field.It proved that lots of energy can be saved by remoulding the platform screens.
