High Arch Dam usually located in high-mountains and gorge area, affected by space resources, complex work processes, uncertainty of natural geological conditions and other factors, which result in the long-time and variation of construction period. In the same time, in view of the characteristics of High Arch Dam, it has great significance to national economy and people's lives and property. During construction process, it is of great important and necessity to make temperature and construction schedule under real-time control, so that timely and accurate adjustment can be done to some adverse effects.At present, the technology of digital hydrology is well developed in China, but it is still insufficient of the research on High Arch Dam. Such as, the method of collecting and analying temperature information is disadvantage and even not in time, research on simulation of High Arch Dam is in initial stage, and coordination relationship between temperature controlling and construction schedule is still not studied further, all these problems need to be solved. Taken Jinping High Arch Dam as an example, temperature information collection-analysis system, High Arch Dam simulation and real time control system are developed. Through comprehensive evaluation on concreting units, the complex relationship between temperature controlling and construction schedule is directly displayed. The main contents and achievements are as follows:(1)With the temperature information collection-analysis system, it can timely collect temperature information, send it to data server by wireless communication network, and make analysis of the temperature information during construction process in real-time. Then, correspondingly make precautionary and give an alarm, intuitively remind constructors, so that they can directly get real-time information of construction scene, offering effective support to ensure the quality of Jinping High Arch Dam concrete temperature control.(2) Jinping dam simulation system(DSIM_JP) is improved, making construction plan and method can be adjusted in real time. Taken Jinping High Arch Dam as an example, in using the DSIM_JP, solutions are brought out to adjust the construction plan, so as to realize the project target.(3)Model, which could be used to assess temperature control and construction schedule, is established, evaluation methodology based on AHP and RSR is presented, so as to divide and sort the dam unit according to the concrete casting quality. It provides the constructors direct view to the complex relationship between temperature control of dam unit and construction schedule, so that decision makers can easily find the balance point between them, offering scientific evidence on rapidly, safely, and steadily complete the project.
