Comparing with other forms of compressors, moving magnet linear oscillatory compressors have the advantages of smaller, lighter, greater specific current, lower power consumption, higher reliability, which make it a popular research direction. Novadays, moving magnet linear compressors are devices capable of producing oscillatory short-stroke motion having been widely used as sound wave generator or actuator in several kinds of regenerative refrigerators such as sterling thermoacoustic or pulse tube cryorefrigerator.A novelty structure of linear oscillatory compressor is introduced in this paper, it's main features of structure and driving principle were stated. The research work has been focused on mechanical vibration system for the compressor and the electrical system of linear motor oscillation.Mechanical oscillation model was built by two main ways of connecting of compressor and it's relevant agencies. The characteristics of electriomagnetic power, gas power, elastic force was analyzed, and disposed it equivalent through a model-based analysis method, therefore, the motion control equation can be simplify. The response of vibration system to sinusoidal excitation was analyzed, and the laws of compression and controlling was summed up, it shown that the compressor should be rated to run at the sub-resonance state when the compression and regulation efficiency is at the best .We begin from material properties of motor, the general laws of permanent magnet magnetic, and explored the material requirements of the new type of linear oscillation motor and the design principles of permanent magnet. The stator structure of linear oscillation motor and two different forms of dynamic structure, as well as a reasonable control method for motor drive are presented.The equivalent electrical circuit model of a new type of linear oscillation motor was build with the equivalent magnetic circuit method, and the expression of air-gap flux and the cure of permanent magnet was obtained by this model, the characteristics of the magnetic circuit has been qualitative analysis. A three-dimensional steady-state electrical model was built by electromagnetic analysis application modules of Ansys, which reveal the spatial distribution laws of magnetic field intensity and verified the reasonable of the electrical circuit structure,...
