Sustainable development of urban construction and the continuous improvement of living standards, underground space (such as: basements, underground garage storages, underground shopping malls, underground pools, etc.) usage has become a trend. The construction processes of the underground, involving dewater foundation pit, settlement, anti-floating, buried depth, seepage and other factors. Under normal circumstances, the usage of controling single variable-factor method to study the factors that impact on the overall infrastructure. However, the foundation works have a strong effect of environmental effects and spatial temporal characteristics. It is a dynamic system engineering that including interaction between various factors and mutual restraint. The use of control variables, apparently did not consider the interaction between various factors. Damage to underground structures is the result of many factors. This underground structure is the construction of a building process in Qinhuangdao and the damage occurred as the research object, the use of finite element structural analysis software to simulate 8 factors during the construction process of the underground structure.Firstly, analyse the domestic and international research about underground structural failure status, summarizing the anti-floating research status about underground structures and measures related to the regulate project. Study found that the majority of underground structural damage simulation is based on the role of buoyancy on the underground structure. Seepage is only for the excavation process. For multiple factors, the combined effect of damage to underground structures has not solved. Therefore, this idea is determined, starting from the actual project under variety of factors made the destruction of underground structures. Secondly, by investigating actual structure destruction modes, determine a reasonable constitutive parameter depicts the destruction of the underground structures in order to establish a reasonable three-dimensional finite element model. Then analyze the impact about various factors on the underground structures. Last, compare the numerical simulation results and the actual structures data; the study found simulation results is similar to destruction of underground structures data. Therefore, the structures simulation results should provide a reference for the actual project. Finally, the variable factors in the design, made a four-factor three-level orthogonal simulation test, range analysis were obtained the combination of internal forces and deformation under different levels of different factors on the underground structure. Then, the interaction effect between the levels of factors is taking into account, and then made the interaction analysis.
