Along with the development of the automotive industry, thin aluminum alloy, "steel + aluminum" dual metal structure used more widely, how they were reliable connection, is people must solve the problem. Practice has proved, push-pull wire short-circuit transition welding technology can very good solve this problem, this method is based on real-time welding current, voltage or signal to achieve send into time, back to take the time and amount of wire, and precise control of fine control, reduce molten drops transition process of transition, reduce energy input when the splash and realize welding process of low energy input welding. It will welding power source and wire system to unify, will melt drops transition process coordination control with wire process.The paper constructs complete push-pull wire low energy welding systems, and the key of permanent magnet synchronous motor wire system on the basis of the in-depth research. On push-pull wire system to assess and the function of permanent magnet synchronous motor structure, the principle of movement, modeling method research on the basis of analysis, the wire system USES TI company's digital signal processor (DSP) TMS320F2808 as control core, adopt mitsubishi intelligent power module (IPM) as the main circuit of the inverter unit, the vector transform and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) way to servo motor, realizing the speed and position of the current, the three closed loop control. Through the calibration of sampling signal current initial position of motor, to current loop, calibration, velocity loop and position loop parameters adjustment, the current rapid response optimization, speed, stable operation, good position regulation accurately realized the high frequency of motor sports and wire to wire amount of accurate control, basic completed wire system function and goal, The final feeding-wire frequency is above 26HZ,and good stiffness of motor rotor, which can be used to wire, wire system with wire feeding wire frequency adjustable volume controllable.
