The Cyclone Collection Of Diesel Exhaust Particles' Device Research

Particulate in the diesel is the most emissions ,there are many ways in collection of particles currently, each way has its advantages and disadvantages. This paper reference to the principles of industrial dust in the cyclone, using the theory of settlement, the structure of the cyclone will be modified for the collection of diesel exhaust particles. Consider the size of the device, the structure of the separation was improved. Fluent software was used in the internal design of the cyclone flow field simulation, the corresponding distribution of the collection efficiency and particle trajectories was obtained.Through analysis the cyclone principle deeply, using a number of reasonable assumptions , and on the basis of previous studies , single-phase and gas-solid flow model of the cyclone were established.The mathematical model was different discrete, set up a multi-phase flow within the cyclone boundary conditions, using the SIMPLE pressure correction algorithm, completed cyclone simulation of multiphase flow...
