With China's economic and social development,cars in our daily lives have acted a more and more important actor and have become an integral part of the people's live and work. The auto industry has also become a pillar of national economic development industry. In China, the population is so big and the economic development is regional imbalances, the cyclical nature of labor migration has been a major problem of livelihood. Buses, as the main tool of road transport , play an irreplaceable role in this regard. Therefore, the bus industry's technology will largely affect the overall development of our economy, while the bus body frame structure of the bus industry in design and technology as the core technology is particularly important.At present, China's bus body frame structure design, the mere experience or approach to design analog phenomenon also abound. This will inevitably lead to the structural strength of excess or insufficient strength. Strength excess, bringing the structure of much more bigger and materials, energy waste; strong enough, will cause early failure of the structure or even cause accidents. When they are processing the analysis of the problems in the structure, often using a local approach to strengthen, resulting in poor coordination vehicle, the vehicle weight is increasing. Therefore, to ensure structural strength and rigidity to meet the vehicle under the premise, finish the analysis and calculation of bus body structure and establish a reasonable structure, and then optimize the existing structure to achieve the purpose of light weight has important practical significance.This paper has begined with comparing the bus body frame structure of the start of three different forms,and has uesed the finite element analysis technology finished the analysis of static and dynamic calculations of the bus which is designed by a bus company in Guilin. Developing a finite element model, with the help of powerful FEM pre-processing software HyperMesh established finite element model of the body frame;According to the design requirements and the specific configuration, added the engine, gearbox, fuel tank and passengers, seats, luggage compartment load ,etc. to the model.Analyzed the road condition of the bus may be encountered during actual use, determined the finite element analysis working conditions,and ultimately closer to the actual situation with the forced displacement to simulate reverse conditions.Throughout the modeling process, fully integrated vehicle's actual structural characteristics and the actual use of effort to make the finite element model can accurately reflect the actual situation of the vehicle. Finally, analyzed the results of research and analysis and revealed the intensity of issues, targeted to improve the design and calculate the effectiveness of the improved scheme is verified. Calculation not only solve specific design problems, while rich sound of the product design database, will help accelerate the development of new models to further improve product performance and technological content.
