For a long time,because of the low cost in China's open-air mining industry the more road transport vehicles are used for mine operations.This phenomenon brings low reliability,traffic density and other shortcomings.Then some car prices in China begin to develop the widening and strengthening dump truck,offroad truck body(Referred to as wide body dump in the below).The wide body dump can replace the road transport of mine operation truck.At the same time,the harsh working conditions of the mining area also put forward higher strength requirements for the wide body dumper.And the frame as the core of the whole vehicle,its reliability and life determines the life of the vehicle.In this paper,the rigid frame and its failure mode of the original wide body dump truck in Shandong Pengxiang Automobile Co.,Ltd.are taken as the research object.Based on the statistical analysis and theoretical analysis of the previous failure modes and frequency,the three-dimensional geometric modeling is carried out by Solidege,The model is introduced into the Workbench for finite element analysis and structural strength study,and compared with the actual mining stress test results,find the difference and find the junction.According to the actual vehicle operating conditions and the typical mine road conditions,to determine the strength analysis of the working conditions include:no-load conditions,full load conditions,tire subsidence conditions,lifting conditions and other typical conditions.The main reason of the frame failure is analyzed,and the improvement of the frame is carried out.The stress analysis of the improved frame is carried out under the typical working condition.The Finally,combined with the actual situation of the company to carry out physical tests to further confirm the accuracy of the results of finite element analysis,and theoretical and practical comparative analysis,so as to solve the existing failure mode,reduce the cost of after-sales service purposes,and then follow-up products rigid car The structure of the strength of the accumulation of experience.
