Accumulators are widely used in national economy and can not be used without battery test, so charge and discharge is very often. To improve the accuracy of accumulators test, increase accumulators service life, save energy and reduce the cost and reduce the pollution to the power system, it has important valuable significance to research charge and discharge technology of accumulators.This dissertation researches the parameters design of main circuit in CSR and CSR IGBT overvoltage and its RC snubber circuit; designs a new method of three phase CSR 3-value logic signal generation based on SPWM; designs a direct current double closed loop control method based on dq coordinate conversion and it realizes the high power factor sinusoidalcurrent control on the net side and meets the static and dynamic control demand of DC side current.This paper designs the accumulators charge and discharge experimental system centering on DSP—TMS320F2812. It tests and verifies the accuracy and feasibility of the rectifier topological structure, 3-value logic PWM signal generation method and direct current double closed loop control method.
