In order to provide a ship's high-precision attitude reference and improve the accuracy of its transfer benchmark, we should eliminate the influence of hull deformation and forecast the deformation angle of the hull. This paper analyzed some reasons of the hull deformation and listed several common methods of measuring the hull deformation.By establishing a finite element model to analyze the deformation and stress of the hull under different operating conditions and loads, we got some basic laws of the hull deformation and also analyzed the influences of the hull deformation to the attitude reference. We established a kind of real-time monitoring system on base of the deformation laws. The real-time elastic deformation measuring system can measure much hull deformation at the same time.We established kalman filtering model to take full use of the efficiency of the kalman filter recursion character, and made the MINS/ SINS angular velocity difference as kalman filter observed quantity, and static deformation angle and dynamic distortion angle as the filter state quantity, to calculate the variable attitude reference error, static deformation angle and dynamic distortion angle of the hull.We used the simple MATLAB programming environment and the strong interactive characteristic between man and machine to complete the simulation for ship deformation based on kalman filter algorithm. And we used its strong scientific computing and data processing power to decoding the mathematical model to complete the prediction software of the hull deformation.
