| In recent years, HLA has been widely used in the development of the military simulation system, and it has been playing an important role in the growth of military simulation. But with the increasing demand of military simulation, HLA shows some deficiencies gradually, which compels us to seek new and more efficient ways to deal with this situation. Due to the intelligent feature of autonomy, community, pro-activity, which is closer to the realistic entities, the theory of Agent is considered to have a better application prospects.In this paper, firstly, I give out the detailed analysis on characteristics of HLA and Agent, and find the combination of the two to establish HLA-based Agent military simulation model. In this model, military simulation entities are modeled in three levels using the theory of Agent, and it modifies HLA object model from the aspects of behavior mode and intelligence, which improves the intelligence of the simulation objects and meets the needs of modern military simulation better; Secondly, I design and develop a common simulation environment based on HLA/RTI platform. For the special characteristics of the distributed simulation, I design and develop the simulation management control unit, which is used for the configuration of distributed simulation resources and the remote management and control of the simulation. In this environment, objects based on Agent and HLA are separately used to simulate the agent object and non-agent object in the battlefield environment, and they coordinate with each other to complete the common goal of simulation system.In the end of the paper, I design and develop a micro-system for simulation test, which simulates the whole process that a patrol ship pursues and destroys an enemy transport ship. In the test system, Agent-based federates and HLA-based federates are separately used to simulate intelligence entities such as patrol ship and transport ship and non-intelligent entities such as management control unit and torpedoes, and with the management and control of simulation management control environment designed previously, the scenario prepared in advance is completed successfully, and the result achieves the goal of the simulation, the progressiveness of Agent-based model and the practicality of the simulation environment are verified through the simulation test. |
