The poisonous organic matters could pollute the water environment, soil and atmosphere, and do harm to ecology and our health as well. With the development of industry, there are more types of pollutants, larger expansion of polluted areas and severer pollution level. Usually all kinds of pollutants coexisted in environment, and there was different effect on organism between combined effect of many pollutants and single pollutant. Hence, combined effect of many pollutants required more attention to be researched. So far, the analysis of combined effects was mainly based on binary toxicants. Other combined effect reports were few due to the difficulty to establish a simple technology of testing multivariate poison combined effects. Method of combined deviation coefficient in the measure of alage infrared radiation for acute toxicity was a simple analytical method. At present, part of the algae infrared radiation research at home and abroad had been carried out, including research on the method of determining sensitive algae in measuring algae infrared radiation to respond to acute toxicity, the research of algae infrared radiation for acute toxicity test of heavy metals, determination of the acute toxicity of pesticide residues in environment by algae infrared radiation, relationship between acute toxicity of poisonous organic matters and change of algae infrared radiation, and evaluation method for combined toxicity effects in the measure of alage infrared radiation for acute toxicity, but there had been not a research to analyze multivariate poison combined effect by evaluation method for combined toxicity effects. For this reason, this paper would analyze the combined effect of multivariate poisonous matters by evaluation method for combined toxicity effects, and test and verify the feasibility of evaluation method for combined toxicity effects. In this experiment Selenastrum capricornutum was used as sensitive algae, and experimental drugs included C6H6,C7H8,C8H10,C6H5Cl and CHCl3. The test results were analyzed in the method of combined deviation coefficient.①Mainly following results: 1) The proper combined toxicity experimental concentration in algae is 100 mg·L-1.2) The groups showing antagonistic effect were C6H5Cl+CHCl3, C6H5Cl+C7H8, C6H6+C8H10, CHCl3+C7H8, C6H5Cl+CHCl3+C7H8, C6H5Cl+CHCl3+C6H6, C6H5Cl+ C7H8+ C6H6, CHCl3+ C7H8+C6H6, CHCl3+C6H6+C8H10, C7H8+C6H6+C8H10, CHCl3+ C7H8+C6H6+C8H10, C6H5Cl+C6H6+CHCl3+C8H10, C6H5Cl+C6H6+CHCl3+ C7H8, C6H5Cl+C6H6+CHCl3+C7H8+C8H10.3) The groups showing independent effect were C6H5Cl+C8H10, C6H6+CHCl3, CHCl3+ C8H10, C7H8+C6H6, C7H8+C8H10, C6H5Cl+C6H6, C6H5Cl+CHCl3+C8H10, C6H5Cl+C7H8+C8H10,C6H5Cl+C6H6+C8H10,CHCl3+C7H8+C8H10, C6H5Cl+C6H6+ C7H8+ C8H10, C6H5Cl+CHCl3+C7H8+C8H10.4) C6H5Cl, C6H6 and CHCl3 acted on the same site, and C7H8, C8H10 acted on another site.5) Contribution of independent effect: C8H10> C6H6, C6H5Cl > C7H8> CHCl3, contribution of antagonistic effect: C6H6>C8H10, CHCl3 > C7H8> C6H5Cl.②Mainly following conclusions:1) The evaluation method for combined toxicity effects was feasible in combined effect of multivariate organic poison;2) The combined toxicity effects of 5 organic poisons showed independent effect and antagonism effect.3) On the basis of Site mechanism, different drugs acting on same site had different contributions in combined toxicity effects.
