With the industrial wastewater,sewage,pesticides and other non-point source pollution,drinking water are polluted by composite various toxic and harmful substances,in order to protect people's lives and health,it is need to analyse the combined effects of various pollutants in drinking water.At present,there are two key problems in the joint function of algae infrared technology:one is the stability of testing the joint action on two elements,another is a new method of multivariate joint action test.Therefore,it is necessary to solve these two key problems before the application of algae infrared technology,after that it can be used to test and analysis of the combined effects of two and more heavy metals in drinking water.So we will carry out the following research contents: 1.Testing the feasibility analysis of two element joint action test method;2.establishing the test method of multivariate joint action;3.Testing and analyzing the combined effects of heavy metal.In this paper,9 kinds of heavy metals are selected as the test object,9 kinds of heavy metals are Cu2+ ?Fe3+ ?Mn2+ ?Al3+ ?Zn2+ ?Cr3+ ?Hg2+ ?Cd2+ and Pb2+,using the infrared thermometer as the testing instrument,the Microcystis aeruginosa as the test species,the data processing software was used to test and analyze the combined effect of heavy metals,using algae infrared combined effect evaluation system,the combination types of different combinations are obtained,the combined mechanism and regularity of different combinations of nine heavy metals on Microcystis aeruginosa were analyzed and predicted,finally,it provides a theoretical basis for the study of the combined action of heavy metals and the control of heavy metal pollution.The conclusions are as follows:?1?Two element joint action test,additive action are Cu2++Fe3+?Cu2++Mn2+?Cu2++Hg2+?Cu2++Cd2+?Cu2++Pb2+?Cu2++Zn2+?Fe3++ Mn2+?Fe3++ Al3+?Fe3++Hg2+?Fe3++ Cd2+?Mn2++Hg2+?Mn2++ Cd2+?Al3++ Cr3+?Al3++Hg2+?Al3++ Cd2+?Al3++ Pb2+?Al3++ Zn2+?Cr3++Hg2+?Cr3++ Cd2+?Cd2++Zn2+?Pb2++Zn2+;synergistic reaction are Cr3++Pb2+.The emergence rate of additive effect was 58.33%,and the synergistic effect was found to be about 2.78%,with a total of about 61.11%.?2?Results of multivariate joint action test,additive action are Cu2++Cr3++Pb2+?Cu2++Cr3++Zn2++Pb2+,Cu2++Cr3++Zn2++Mn2++Fe3+,Cu2++Fe3++Mn2++Al3++Cr3++Pb2+,Cu2++Fe3++Mn2++Al3++Cr3++Zn2+,Cu2++Fe3++Mn2++Al3++Cr3++Zn2++Cd2+,Cu2++Fe3++Mn2++ Al3++Cr3++Zn2++ Pb2++Cd2++Hg2+;synergistic reaction are Cu2++Cr3++Zn2+?Cu2++Cr3++Zn2++Mn2++Al3+,Cu2++Fe3++Mn2++Al3++Cr3++ Zn2++Pb2+.The emergence rate of additive effect was 53.85%,and the synergistic effect was found to be about 23.08%,with a total of about 76.92%.?3?The results showed that the reproducibility,reproducibility and the occurrence rate of the two element joint action test were higher,which indicated that the method of the combination of two factors had better accuracy and stability.9 kinds of heavy metals in 36 groups of two elements: there are 14 groups antagonistic action,the reproducibility of each group was from 50 to 100%,and the reproducibility of all the cases was about 93%.The reproducibility of each group was from 67 to 100%,and the recurrence rate was about 100%;there are 21 groups additive action,the reproducibility of each group was from 50 to 100%,and the reproducibility of all the cases was about 86%.The reproducibility of each group was from 67 to 100%,and the recurrence rate was about 100%;there are only one group synergistic reaction,and the recurrence rate was 100% and the recurrence rate was about 100%;?4?The results showed that the reproducibility,reproducibility and the occurrence rate of the multiple joint action test results were higher,which indicated that the newly constructed multiple joint action test method had better accuracy and stability.9 kinds of heavy metals in 13 groups of multiple joint action: there are 2 groups antagonistic action,the reproducibility of each group was from 50 to 100%,and the reproducibility of all the cases was about 100%.The reproducibility of each group was from 67 to 100%,and the recurrence rate was about 100%;there are 7 groups additive action,the reproducibility of each group was from 50 to 100%,and the reproducibility of all the cases was about 100%.The reproducibility of each group was from 67 to 100%,and the recurrence rate was about 100%;there are three groups synergistic reaction,the reproducibility of each group was from 0 to 50%,and the reproducibility of all the cases was about 33%.The reproducibility of each group was 67%,and the recurrence rate was about 100%;Olny one group was no reproducibility.?5?It is feasible to use the improved two element combined method for the infrared measurement of algae,and it is also feasible to establish a new method for the infrared measurement of algae.?6?In the combined action of two elements,the occurrence rate of additive effect and synergistic effect was found to be up to 61.11%,and the additive effect and synergistic effect appeared in the multiple joint action test,which was about 76.92%.There is a higher probability of increasing the toxic effects of heavy metals in drinking water.Therefore,the coexistence of heavy metals has a greater security risk.the increase of heavy metals in drinking water,the higher the risk of drinking water safety.
