THe Design And Implementation Of The City Civil Bullding Energy Consmption Informatnion System Based On GIS Technology

With the development of society, economy and the improvement of people's livingstandard, the increase of the energy consumption level has become a problem which restrictsChinese socia l and economic development. In order to fully grasp the actual situation ofChinese urban civil build ing energy consumption, strengthen the macro ma nagement andscientific decision in the energy sector and promote the development of city build ing energyefficiency, Establishing information system of urban civil build ing energy consumption hasbecome urgent.This paper aims to design a build ing energy consumption information system in a citybased on GIS technology and then I choose the data of Hefei as an example. The ma inresearch contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Multi-source Data integration oriented to the information of civil build ing energyconsumptionThe information statistica l of build ing energy consumption ma inly refers to the basicinformation and the use of electricity, gas and so on. This paper combines the pla nning dataand the property data of the build ing itself, formulate the integration standards of spatial data,and then integrate the data of spatial GIS and the build ing energy consumption.(2) The establishment of civil build ing energy consumption forecasting modelRela ted statistics department provides the build ing energy consumption data of Hefei in2008 and 2009 and then collects and sorts the Civil build ing power consumption during1990~2006,the quantity of gas used by residential build ing and public build ing and their ma inrelated factors of historica l data in Hefei.Then civil build ing energy consumption forecastingmodel was discussed based on this data. (3) The design and implementation of the Hefei civil build ing energy consumptioninformation system based on GIS technologyWith the help of the Beijing Huitu company and its own GIS platform TopMap ActiveX6,I develop an information system about civil build ing energy consumption of Hefei. Thissystem can realize some functions including graphics operation, abnorma l examina tion,information query, making specia l charts, energy consumption forecast and statementstatistics and so on.
