With the development of economy and the improving of people’s living standard,the use of cars is more and more popular, at the same time, the children become tocommon members of the car, the problem of children’s safety becomes one importantresearch topic in auto safety field. In order to provide more effective protection forchildren, Vehicle designer researched the Child Restraint System for childrenespecially. At present, the price of the child safety seat is expensive, and theadjustable range is limited, utilization rate is low. In order to meet the needs ofchildren in different age paragraph to the safety seats, change the ordinary seats toadjustable children safety seats, so as to adapt to different age groups (in differentheight and weight) of children, solve the security problem of children, at the sametime, improve the utilization rate of child safety seats.In this paper, the design of adjustable seat mainly for9months to12years oldchildren, combined with the body of children size for child safety seats can beadjusted to the development and design of the structure. Sliding mechanism mainlyincludes ISOFIX fittings, base, backrest Angle adjustment device, head heightadjustment device, supporting leg height adjustment, pedal structure and the heightadjustment, belt component structure design, etc. This topic in accordance with therelevant requirements GB27887-2011, based on3D design software UG isconstructed to adjust the3d model of child safety seat, using ANSYS Workbenchsoftware for child safety seats can be adjusted, the three-dimensional digital model offinite element analysis, solving the load caused by the displacement, stress andstrength, and using by the motion simulation module of UG adjustable control devicefor child safety seats each part of the motion analysis and interference check.Analysis show that the adjustable child safety seat can realize the correspondingadjustment function, ISOFIX structure can simplify the seat on the seat to install, easy to remove, increase reliability, and three point structure of ISOFIX interface andsupport legs, raise the child safety seat structure stability and rollover resistance, canbe for9months to12years old children to provide a safe and effective protection.
