Throughout the country's large-scale civil engineering and other mining projects,the excavator is the main mechanical equipment that can be carried out by the project,and it is also the research object that the rapid development of mining,demolition and other processes can be carried out.Since the reform and opening up,the demand for hydraulic excavators has been increasing and diversified in China.Under the adjustment of the product structure of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises,the industry has grown continuously,and the current product performance has reached the international advanced level.Although the performance of domestic excavators has been greatly improved,it also means that the challenges faced by excavation work are also intensified,such as overcoming more severe working conditions,more complicated scenes,and more abstract concepts.However,since the excavation work is mainly undertaken by the working device,it is of great significance to strengthen the further research on the working device.Based on a large number of relevant literatures at home and abroad,this paper analyzes and summarizes the changes and present situation of domestic excavator manufacturing technology.Three powerful simulation software are used to analyze and solve the mechanical system and hydraulic system of excavator working device.Based on the existing theoretical basis,the three-dimensional modeling of hydraulic excavator is carried out with Pro/E,and the virtual prototype of the working device is established in ADAMS,and its kinematic and dynamic performance is analyzed.Then the stress and deformation of the working device are analyzed by ANSYS finite element simulation software under different working conditions.Finally,AMESim software is used to analyze the stress and deformation of the working device.The hydraulic components of its working device are simulated and analyzed one by one.Through the comprehensive analysis of the mechanical structure and hydraulic components of the workingThrough practice,it is found that the application of the above several simulation technologies makes us more flexible and convenient for the development work of the excavator working device.Next,we need to learn more and more skillfully and use more kinds of simulation skills to carry out simulation work on the design and development of engineering machinery,which will help the technical development of the construction machinery of the motherland.
