Study On Mechanical Properties Of Concrete Based On Ceramic Waste

Environmental problems have been taken everyone’s eyes, and the rapid developmentof the construction and the ceramic has been a major source of national income. Theunreasonable development patterns have brought certain environmental pollution.Thathow to cut pollution to a minimum and rational utilization of certain economic benefits isa significant subject in the field of disaster prevention and mitigation.Reducing pollution, protecting the surrondings and saving natural resources is thestarting point of this topic, and I performed a train of experiments in differentproportions of ceramic preparation with cement and coal ash. Secondary waste has beenused as test raw material from other industrial output, and the contrast experiment methodis adopted. Ceramic tiles by waste with cement, slag comparison test to determine whichcan be added to concrete preparation as a construction material production. Combinedwith a series of mechanical analysis of comparative tests of concrete, through testing wecan find that:1、There is almost no difference between the ceramic powder and the mineral powderin burning loss, fineness and moisture content with potential water some hard and volcanoash activity, and the activity of cement mortar strength can be up to89%, but its specificsurface area and the cement paste fluidity is much higher than mineral powder’s.2、Obvious differences exist between them in before and after the burning of waste inthe standard consistency water, and the initial and final setting time of cement.3、After the incorporation of waste concrete block, there are differences betweenthem in the performance of mechanical property, emphasizing on the different ages of thecompressive strength, splitting tensile strength and rupture strength. Mixing the waste to acertain extent in favor of bending and bending of concrete structures, used in engineeringpractice can slow the pace of development of small cracks, and heighten the durability.4、Powder will contain chlorine ion composition, owing to the inexactness in chlorideions affect on steel corrosion, so further research must be taken before large-scaleapplications.
