Study On Disease Detection And Reinforcement Of An Interchange Ramp Bridge

With China’s sustained economic development, rapid pace of road construction, road traffic increasing and serious overloading of motor vehicles, far beyond the current design capacity, resulting in highway bridges was damaged to varying degrees, and still overload. Reinforcement and adaptation of these gauge bridge in service without delay, how to find a save money, and reasonable, and time-saving reinforcement, highway engineers have been facing a major issue.Maintenance and reinforcement of old bridge, no existing norms, no relative standard, bridge disease complicated disease is difficult to determine.Therefore, further strengthening the reinforcement technology of bridge maintenance and repair, and to increase investment in old bridge strengthening capital, eliminate security risks in a timely manner, to protect people’s life and property safety and conservation of nation-building funds, is of extremely important significance.Now road networks are maturing,gradually reduce the new bridge,built a bridge repair,maintenance,strengthening and transforming the road transport sector has become the focus of the work.The article main analysis of the author’s participation in the interchange ramp bridge visual inspection of the bridge,concrete strength testing,concrete cover thickness test and static loading test.Taking into account other influencing factors scheme for the strengthening, construction technology,matters needing attention is put forward.I hope this bridge strengthening works on the design and construction play a certain role,for future bridge strengthening designed to provide reasonable recommendations.
