Carbon fiber reinforced composite material (Carbon Fiber Reinfored Polymer,CFRP for short) has been widely applied to civil engineering industry, As a newmethod of civil engineering industry of, CFRP-concrete structure materials showedobvious advantage of reinforcement. But reinforced CFRP materials also easilyinfluenced by other external factors, including environment factors and externalenvironmental factors for load, these factors tend to influence the overall performanceof CFRP reinforcement material. In order to investigate the effects of theseenvironmental factors, this article from the CFRP reinforcement concrete structure oflong-term performance. Through test and engineering example investigation materialsCFRP reinforced concrete structure under freeze-thaw environment for a long time,temperature, aging performance of the overall performance of the change.The mainresearch work is as follows:(1)This article through to the19th of CFRP reinforced concrete test boardssingle-shear freeze-thaw cycling test, examines the different freezing and thawingcycles affect the performance of overall reinforcement materials. Includingreinforcing failure mode and ultimate bearing capacity of the specimens, andexamines the different adhesive cover thickness and bond length of interface effect ofthe ultimate bearing capacity after freezing and thawing.(2)Based on the above test, analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity of the reinforcedspecimen value, through regression analysis to get the ultimate bearing capacity of theappropriate consideration factors such as thickness, concrete strength formula.(3) Based on the test to get the bond-slip constitutive relation curves of differentinterface maximum bonding shear stress is obtained by data fitting with the freezingand thawing cycles under the change of the formula.(4) With prestressed CFRP board reinforcement of the bridge in Nanning, on thebasis of studying the temperature strain of the prestressed CFRP plate and theinfluence of CFRP plate long time evolution, according to the result of experimentmeasured discriminant temperature and long time evolution of the influence degree of the strengthening performance.
