Blast wave of ammunition warhead is the unique physical characteristic during efficient weapon damaging targets. They characterize the power and working conditions of weapons. It’s important for designing of ammunition power. This paper against the parasitic effects, interferences which were brought in ground reflected shock wave pressure testing and the questions faced in free-field shock wave pressure testing, respectively researches on factors of the ground reflected shock wave pressure testing, methods of free-field shock wave pressure testing and methods of shock wave signal processing. Theoretically analyzes the mechanism of action of heat, vibration, seismic, cable effects and other factors affecting to the ground reflected shock wave pressure measurement. Through the hammer hitting experiment, temperature and cable experiment analyzing the impact level of interference factors on the ground reflected shock wave pressure measurement. Using the LS-DYNA simulation method to explore the impact on the size of the sensor mounting flat during the ground reflected shock wave pressure measurement. Using FLUENT to simulate the distribution of flow field around the disc sensor mounting structure and the wedge sensor mounting structure under the shock wave, and then designing a wedge-shaped sensor mounting structure. For the purpose of obtaining accurate parameters of shock wave, using the EMD method to remove trend items of shock wave signal, comparing the Filtering effect of shock wave signals by various digital filters, finally using FFT and wavelet packet decomposition to analyze the frequency characteristic and energy distribution of shock wave. Against the upward drift problems when the common numerical integration methods to calculate the shock wave impulse, proposing stabilization numerical integration and validating its effectiveness by calculating impulse of real shock wave. Finally, through the explosion experiments to test and verify the effect of interference suppression by taking measures, and test results by using the new designed wedge free-field sensor mounting structure. The results suggest that the suppression measures are effective, test results of the designed wedge sensor mounting structure and the standard free-field sensors are very close, the mounting structure can meet the requirements of shock wave pressure measure.
