Shock wave pressure is one of the main parameters for evaluating the damage power of ammunition,and free field pressure and surface reflection pressure are the common parameters of shock wave pressure.At present,there are some problems like that the shock wave pressure value is inaccurate or incomparable,etc.Aiming at this difficult question,analytical research on the influencing factors of engineering test and measurement uncertainty evaluation method for free field pressure and surface reflection pressure were carried on.By analyzing the influence of the position design of the pressure sensor on the free field pressure measurement,and use AUTODYN software to simulate and analyze the influence of TNT cylindrical charge's different equivalents,detonation heights,sizes(length-to-diameter ratios),and initiation point positions on the height change of the triple point.The fitting curve and relationship models of the triple point with the horizontal distance under different influence factors are obtained,and the design requirements of the measuring point position of the freefield pressure sensor are put forward.Through simulation analysis,the influence of free-field pressure sensors installed at different elevation angles on free-field pressure was studied,and the effects of the surface reflection pressure sensor mounting plate installed at different tilt angles on the surface reflection pressure was studied.Taking the pressure value obtained from the installation of the absolute zero of the sensor as the ideal value,the error of the pressure value obtained by the sensor's installation with different inclination angle is calculated,and the corresponding correction formula is put forward,and the validity of the correction formula is verified by the test data.The factors influencing the uncertainty of shock wave pressure engineering measurement are combed,the calculation methods of the uncertainty components are studied,and the evaluation method of the uncertainty of shock wave pressure measurement with engineering significance is formed.Finally,corresponding containment mearsures are proposed for the factors affecting the uncertainty of shock wave pressure engineering measurement,it has been proved to be effective by tests.The work done in this thesis provides a theoretical basis for accurately obtaining the shock wave pressure,improves the reliability of the measurement results,and also provides technical guarantee for the accurate evaluation of ammunition damage power.
