Gliding extended-range guided projectile is a cannon launched guided ammunition which can strike the target in a long distance prisiely. The projectile computer is the key component of control system. Since it will take responsible for trajectory calculating, rudder controlling, recieving the measuring data from inertial navigation and satellite positioning devices in real time, resolving the control instruction, controlling steering engine to realize the gliding and combined guidance management, checking state of the control system’s main functional unit. Small size, multifunction and high dynamic environment (high overload, high rotation speed, high initial speed) are the main difficlties of design.According to the requirement of gliding extended-range guided projectile’s function and performance, a projectile computer hardware system scheme based on ARM and FPGA were put forward. S3C2440 ARM processor is chosed and finished the design of SDRAM memory circuit, NAND flash memory circuit, power circuit, clock and reset circuit, JTAG debug circuit, ethernet interface circuit, buffer circuit of analog ground and digital ground, serial port circuit, circuit of ignition device, FPGA circuit and interface circuit between FPGA and ARM. Considering the factor of anti-high overload, electromagnetic compatibility, electromagnetic radiation, the circuit layout structrue was finished and the PCB circuit board has finally been made out.Based on Linux operation system, the Bootloader bootstrap program was recomposed and transplanted, the clipping and transplant of Linux embeded operation system on the hardware platform were successfully done, the root file system was built, the FPGA driver is designed, the D/A control and the PWM signal output of the FPGA device are well done. And we also finished the design and develope of some software modules, such as the store and read-write of SDRAM, the cntrol of steering engine.A missile-borne computer based on ARM and FPGA was designed in this thesis, all the system function testing and debugging were done, including the compatibility of the circuit electromagnetism, the whole performance test, the test of SDRAM and NAND Flash, the test of FPGA driver, the simulation of FPGA and the actuator control feedback. All result shows that, the projectile computer based on ARM and FPGA can satisfy all environmental and functional requirement for the gliding extended-range guided projectile.
