The future high-tech war put forward higher request on the speed, kill capability and rapid mobility of the new concept anti-tank missile weapon, and brings new challenges to structure design of missile launch, jet dynamics and launch dynamics. This paper proposed a design of on-board kinetic energy missile launcher, and obtained certain research results around gas jet dynamics and launch dynamics.The paper referenced typical structures of the advanced rocket missile launch system at home and abroad, completed the overall scheme structure design of kinetic energy missile launcher, and set up the three-dimensional model of the main components.Realized unsteady simulation analysis of the kinetic energy missile launchers, to obtain dynamic effect and thermal effect on the launch device during the kinetic energy missile’s early launch, and provided the load base for the response of the vehicle kinetic energy bomb launcher.Fully considering the influence of parts deformation to the dynamic characteristics of the vehicle emission devices, considered the friction and collision between missile and orientator, used the coupled nonlinear finite element method to establish the dynamic model for the vehicle emission devices.Modal analysis was carried out on the kinetic elastic launch system, and provided a basis for the structure improvement of launch system structure. Simulated the static balancing process of the launcher, and accessed the initial state of launch process. Establishing launch dynamics models under two kinds of working conditions for the launcher, and obtained response characteristics and initial disturbance of the vehicle emission devices, and get the better condition. Combined with modal analysis pointed out the weak links of the structure design, explored an improved scheme, and analysed dynamic response for the improved kinetic energy launch system, by the initial perturbation calculated result to verify the effect of the improved kinetic energy launch system.
