With the advantages of non-invasive and well effect, Ultrasound physiotherapy has drawn wide attention in the field of physical therapy. Focus on the adjuvant therapy for persistent pain and diseases of neck, shoulders, waist, legs, knees, joints, as well as to deal with the muscle-pain problem of people under high pressure and overloading work, the intelligent dual frequency ultrasound physiotherapy has been designed in this paper.Aimed at the problems about single output frequency and small radiation area of current ultrasound physiotherapy, the ultrasound physiotherapy designed in this paper has two output frequency, of which the center frequency are 1MHz and 3 MHz separately, and the radiation area of 3MHz output has been up to 5 cm2. In this ultrasound physiotherapy, the ultrasonic excitation signal is generated by DDS (Direct Digital Frequency Synthesizer) signal generator, which will be sent to power amplifier circuit next and then will be converted into ultrasound finally by ultrasonic transducer. A frequency auto-tracking method is presented in this paper, which can be used in ultrasound physiotherapy apparatus against the frequency thrift problem during the physiotherapy process. Based on the fuzzy control theory, the voltage and current signal of the transducer are compared, and the frequency generated by the DDS signal generator will be adjusted in real-time, which ensures that the ultrasound transducer is always working on the resonance point. A STM32F103RC chip has been used as the core control unit to ensure the normal operation of all the functional modules and the achievement of operational requirements, such as the friendly man-machine interface, over-temperature protecting and so on. Currently the prototype has been finished, and has achieved the desired technical parameters and the functional requirements after debugging.
