The author studied on the combination of real-time flow-measurement technology of ultrasonic and laser and proved the line speed detected by the sensor is equal to the average line speed used in ultrasonic theoretical formula.The auther also analysed the merits and demerits of both ultrasonic measurement and laser measurement and designed the global plan of realizing the flow-measurment system using ultrasonic and laser means.The author designed a signal processing method by using FFT and FIR. The author realized the anolog-to-digital circuit by TLC5510.The author realized an FFT module of 1024 points by using IP cores and an FFT module of 16 points without using IP cores on FPGA for the signal processing of both laser part and ultrasonic part. The author realised FIR filter for the signal preprocessing of ultrasonic part. The author realized RS485 communication module and LCD-displaying module on FPGA.The author verified the function of AD circuit and tested FFT modules and the communication function of RS485 through communicating with PC.
