Vortex flow-meter become an indispensable member of the family of flow measure instrument because of it's a series of advantage already, playing a greater and greater role in measuring.The tradition vortex flow-meter is not good at measuring the low velocity of flow,and .But using the method in this paper can reduce the floor level obviously.First,the paper researches the theory of the ultrasonic vortex technology and compare the two ways of realizing the ultrasonic vortex technology,and then researches the choice of the vortex generator.Second,the paper research the realizing the ultrasonic vortex technology,and designs the circuit of processing the signal.Basing on the characteristic of the signal,it design the digital filter of the ultrasonic vortex signal. It proves that ultrasonic vortex technology is of good effect on measuring flowing gas in low speed.Finally,the paper researches using FPGA to design the digital filter of the ultrasonic vortex signal,including the realizing of the arithmetic of FFT and correlation and the points that should be paid attention to.After the debugging and coursing of the monitor system, the function which measures the low velocity of flow has been reached by the ultrasonic vortex technology that this subject research and design.
