In the test of high-speed rotation solid rocket engine, pressure data produced from engine ignition are important parameters if researchers want to know the engine performance under rotation effect. How to get accurate pressure is the key and difficult points to build reliable measurement system. In the past pressure measurement schemes, there are some shortcomings:system is large, data accuracy is not high, it’s unable to real-time monitoring and so on. In order to solve those problems, the thesis design an engine pressure measurement system which works on the high-speed rotating floor. It can measure other physical quantities besides pressure on the rotating floor. What’s more, it also can store large capacity data.After comprehensively comparing rotary engine ground test system at home and abroad, this issue analyzes project requirements according to the existing rotation test bench. Then a scheme is proposed, in which lithium battery is choosen as the power supply, test silo is used to acquire and store data, and wireless real-time transmission is selected. Next, sputtering film sensors is picked from different types and influences of rotation on measurement and wireless transmission are studied. At last, hardware and software are designed.The system hardware uses embedded processor-STM32F407 as the core and coordinates universal signal disposal module, RF module and conformal omnidirectional antennas together. The signal disposal module can measure pressure and other non electrical quantities, as the sensor interface can match with different output signals such as 4-20mA,0-5V and millivolt level signal. The control system consists of the embedded minimum system and its peripheral circuit. The control system performs A/D convert and store data into 128Gbit NAND Flash. Simultaneously, data are also transmited by RF module and stored by monitor terminal. These two data management ways can be selected in different test requirements. RF module uses CC2530 and RF front end to communicate with other devices in the net by broadcasting. Besides these, cylinder conformal omnidirectional antenna is designed in HFSS and it makes sure that the researcher can always receive signal from rotary table. Then programs about ARM and wireless communication are written.Hardware and overall test shows that Each module can realize the basic functions and the scheme have project reference value and application prospect to get accurate pressure data.
