The mine protected vehicle body will be damaged when subjected to blast, and the blast which acts on the body floor will make the occupant hurt even die. Therefore, carrying out optimization design of body structure subjected to the blast has very important significance.In this paper, the mine protected vehicle body is recognized as research object, using the similarity theory and explosion shock wave proportional law to zoom out the original model, conducting research on the response of body structure subjected to blast with finite element simulation method, and creating the improvement and optimization design to improve the protection ability of the body stricture. The main contents are as follows:(1)Using ALE and LBE methods to simulate the dynamic response of target plate subjected to blast, and then compare the results of two methods, the results show that the LBE method will guarantee the accuracy and the computational efficiency is greatly increased comparing with ALE method, so in this paper the LBE method will be used to the study on response of body structure.(2)Choosing LBE method to establish finite element model of the body, using the similarity theory and explosion shock wave proportional law to zoom out the original model, carrying out the blast simulation of the same TNT equivalent and verifying the validity of scaled model, and then obtaining the simulation results of the body response and forecasting the protective performance of the body.(3)Simulating and analyzing four types of diversion structure and the diversion of cone structure is best. Studying improved design of the body structure by adding the honeycomb plate and cone structure under the underbody, and comparing the body response before and after the improvement; Multi-objective optimization design of improvement body was done through RSM and MOGA, the protection ability of the optimized body is increased.(4)Creating the explosion test bed, the finite element simulation analysis under different TNT equivalent effect, and lay a foundation for the following body structure response test using explosion test bed.
