In the Gulf War and the first world war,the United States Navy suffered with great threat of mines because of the torpedo hit and heavy losses,and anti mine warfare has gotten high attention of the governments in the world.At present,anti mine warfare has entered the stage of the minehunting system in mine hunting,expendable occupy an important role.Expendable mine is used with conventional shaped charge warhead,this paper will use the explosion-breaking type tandem warhead.The main work and research results of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the characteristics of bottom mine at home and abroad,to determine the power parameters of the expendable mine.Refer to the structure and size of the existing one,determine the structure and size of the warhead in this paper.(2)Based on the existing water explosion theory.Simulation of underwater explosion bubble pulsation,through numerical simulations with the same quality of different ratio of length to diameter of the underwater explosion bubble pulsation process,analysis of the edge of the bubble expansion velocity,radius and the turbulent period of maximum expansion,finally get the length to diameter than 1 charge as the most suitable and get the the explosive in underwater explosion complete bubble pulsation,the EFP flight provides suitable forward channel.(3)Calculate the pressure of the explosive on the level of the level of the secondary charge under the different distance of the front stage,and finally determine the appropriate separation distance.Mechanism according to the existing EFP penetrating water medium target,the optimization has shaped charge structure model,numerical simulation EFP in air and water on the mine casing damage and the velocity profile.Finally get the optimized molding good EFP shape and speed.At the same time EFP in after some water damage effect of mine case is very limited.(4)The explosion-breaking type expendable analysis of damage effectiveness,at the same time on mine target vulnerability analysis.Using simulation software AUTODYN numerical simulation calculation of the ROV warhead shell damage effect and get the final assembly of explosive forming good shape of EFP in the bubbles bursting charge formed of Oh after,effective damage mine case,and to a certain speed on the internal structure of the housing for damage,and detonated the internal charge.The research results of this paper provide some conclusions of engineering application value for the design of disposable,damage effectiveness analysis and other engineering fields.
