Building heating and cooling energy consumption accounts for about 20% of the total energy consumption of the whole society, China’s household air conditioning energy consumption accounts for about 40% of the total energy consumption of the whole society.As the high energy consumption of household appliances, room air conditioner has become the focus that the society is paying close attention to. Room air conditioner national energy efficiency standard has been constantly revised, in the hope of by raising the room air conditioner market threshold value and the hierarchy to gradually reduce the energy consumption of the air conditioner room.correspondingly,cooling capacity(CC) and energy efficiency ratio(EER) nameplate parameter as the two factors,which decide the energy efficiency grade of the room air conditioner,should be pay more attention to the ability to reflect true value.Traditional determination of CC and EER nameplate parameters is based on the performance test results of average in a period of time.consequently,this paper is on the basis of room air conditioner performance test, in order to improve the ability about nameplate parameters of CC and EER to reflect the true value as the goal, to explore CC and EER nameplate parameters determination method,In this paper, based on room air conditioner performance standards, analyzed the standard uncertainty of the enthalpy difference laboratory instrumentation. Make sure all the precision of the instrument in national standard, it ensures further accurate measurement results of the enthalpy difference test.There are many factors that result in the room air conditioner performance test results.Dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature directly affect the heat transfer temperature difference of room air conditioner, which are the most significant influence on room air conditioner performance of the two factors.Under the heating condition and the cooling condition,there are differences in the indoor temperature and outdoor temperature influence on room air conditioner performance,but the research method is similarity.So this paper take the room air conditioner change with indoor dry and wet bulb temperature in cooling as a example,to investigate the determination method of CC and EER nameplate parameters.Room air conditioner national energy efficiency standard made relevant stipulation to the accuracy of instrument and the effectiveness of the results.In this paper, the performance results of the CC and EER were analyzed, and further solve the standard uncertainty of the CC and EER,which provided a reference reliability of the measured results for CC and EER.In this paper, according to the actual results of the CC and EER, fitting out the surface of the CC and EER change with indoor dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature in allowance range.Ulteriorly,analyze the numerical relationship between EER/CC and dry (wet) bulb temperature,and regard the the root mean square error, the sum of squared residuals, correlation coefficient, the goodness of fit four parameters as four indicators to exposit the validity of mathematical relationship.This article on the CC and EER along with the change of dry and wet bulb temperature gradient as the object, studies the CC and EER comparing with the similarities and differences of dry and wet bulb temperature changes.Furthermore,analyzing the inflection point,where the CC and EER change at its fiercest respectively.Based on the two inflection points,determining the greatest influence on performance of room air conditioner rectangular temperature range, is the core range.In this paper,CC and EER nameplate parameters were determined by the average value in core range respective,which replaced the traditional way.The surface in the core range can more accurately reflect the room air conditioner real performance than the surface in the whole allowance range.And the average value in core range were much closer to the real truth value.
