Three-dimensional model of integration of urban areas of the building arewidely used in digital visualization of buildings and sunlight analysis, airflowsimulation, emergency evacuation, architectural design, structural mechanics analysis,intellectual property management and many other areas of the city. Beginning withthe geographical environment and geographic integration design. The current buildingmodeling approach to labor, point clouds, image (sequence)-based, low efficiency,computational complexity, lack of semantic information. The use of the data involvedin modeling construction plans can effectively solve these problems, and have thepotential to build a three-dimensional model of the integration of indoor and outdoor.Currently there is extensive use of construction plans modeling studies, however,there are still many problems to be solved, a lot of technology there is no innovation,leading to the current modeling technology is not efficient, the paper in reference tothe basis of a lot of work on modeling of buildings, studied the problem of rapidmodeling method to generate a three-dimensional model of the building byconstruction drawings. Made the following innovations:(1) There are about building components for domestic and internationalclassification standards for collection and analysis, and classification of the existingbuilding components TArch CAAD software is analyzed, and finally to TengenCAAD software building components classification criteria are classified as membersof this article, for now the domestic outside there is no uniform standard buildingcomponents, each standard room and independent of each other, unable tocommunicate with each other, the paper TArch CAAD software to classify theexisting building components as standard, providing a basis for modeling researchwork in this paper.(2) this paper proposed25modeling method of building elements.22categoriesof building components including parametric modeling methods and buildingcomponents are generally three types of modeling methods.
