While modern industrialization has brought economic development to the society,people's demand for power resources is also increasing.In the face of the continuously increasing demand for power resources,it is particularly urgent to develop new power electronic control algorithms.At the same time,the traditional controller development method has problems such as long cycle time and complicated code programming,which makes it impossible for scientific researchers to focus on the development of control algorithms.The method is a research topic,designing and implementing a rapid prototype controller.The controller realizes the construction of the control algorithm model in Simulink,converts the Simulink model into customizable C code based on the RTW toolbox,downloads it to the real-time target machine,and quickly verifies the correctness of the control algorithm.In the program running phase,the host computer realizes the functions of detecting and displaying operating parameters and adjusting control parameters online.The main research content of this article is divided into the following three parts:1.Analyze the shortcomings of traditional controller development methods,propose the development of rapid prototyping controllers by V model,and propose hardware and software design requirements based on power electronic converter applications.2.Complete the hardware design and Simulink interface driver library design for the interface resources required by the power electronic converter,and build an automatic code generation environment according to the RTW tool workflow.3.Design the host computer according to the software requirements,and realize the program download function and data transmission function.Based on the above three points of research content,this article starts with the research work of the controller design method and realizes the rapid prototype controller step by step.In the last part of the paper,Simulink was used to build the Buck circuit model.Through the comparison experiment of simulation and controller,the correct execution of the Buck circuit in the controller was verified,and it also showed that the controller met the design requirements.
