Based on a type of overloading vehicles as an engineering object, aimedat the equipped with a model90°V6engine power system, research on vibrationisolation technologyPaper first established the90°V6ProE entity model of internalcombustion engine power systems (including diesel engine body, transmission case,cooling water tank, air filter, etc.), through the model of physical propertyanalysis, obtained the dynamic system of inertia parameters, for the subsequentdynamic system vibration analysis model and the vibration characteristicanalysis of suspension vibration isolation system laid a foundation.Paper through to the internal combustion engine crank connecting rodmechanism kinematics and dynamics analysis and the inertial force systemequilibrium analysis, the vibration of the diesel engine power system load iscalculated. Using FFT spectrum analysis technology, the incentives to the powersystem in the frequency domain characteristics of load (including overturningmoment, secondary reciprocating inertia moment), for vibration isolation systemanalysis and study load conditions.On the basis of above work, the paper established a dynamic vehicle vibrationanalysis model of vibration isolation system, and the vibration isolation systemare provided free vibration and forced vibration analysis method.To obtain ideal vibration isolation effect, on the basis of using elasticelement have been established, the paper established optimization mathematicalmodel of vibration isolation system with equivalent vibration intensity for theobjective function of optimization design with suspension componentsinstallation location parameters as design variables, constraint conditions,engineering object of this article in view of the optimized solution, obtainedthe optimal installation position of the suspension components. To test and verify the feasibility of the related optimization algorithm, this paper is toobtain validation of a project as the object of contrast, verify the feasibilityof optimization methods used by this paper.
