Steel fiber combined aggregate concrete is a new composite material. The steel fiber is added to aggregate combined concrete to improve the mechanical properties of concrete tensile strength, flexural, shear, etc. In this paper, the main research work are shown as follows:1、 Based on regression experiment method and "Ordinary concrete mechanical performance test method standards"(GB50081-2002), the test is designed, and50sets of steel fiber aggregate combined concrete block are made.2、 By experiment, the flexural strength and compressive strength of steel fiber combined aggregate concrete are get. The flexural performance and the compressive performance of steel fiber combine aggregate concrete under the different factor (water cement ratio, quantity of light aggregate, steel fiber volume fraction, and the types of steel fiber) is studied.3、 By experiment, The flexural elasticity of steel fiber combine aggregate concrete under the different factor (water cement ratio, quantity of light aggregate, steel fiber volume fraction, and the types of steel fiber) is studied.4、 By experiment, the influence of two different kinds of aggregate for the flexural strength and elasticity of steel fiber aggregate combined concrete are studied.5、 On the basis of the experiment, the relationship formula of flexural strength and the cube compressive strength is given, the relationship formula of flexural strength and quantity of lightweight aggregate, steel fiber volume fraction, water cement ratio is given, the relationship formula of flexural elasticity and apparent density, flexural strength is given. To compare with the formulas which proposed by other scholars of domestic and foreign.6、 By experiment, the flexural stress-strain relationship of steel fiber combined aggregate concrete is studied.
