Design Of Conveyor Device For Steel Wire Mesh Forming Machine And Research On

The steel welding mesh machine is the automated production equipment for production of various specifications of steel welding mesh in the modern building industry. The main mechanical parts of the equipment have a line frame,line frame, a feeding device, a coarse and fine straightening device, a longitudinal rib traction device, intermediate storage material, welding machine, transverse reinforcement material storage, blanking, feeding network device, net cutting device and the steel welding mesh product conveyor device. However, the steel welding mesh product conveyor technology and electrode driving cylinder times pressure technology in the welding machine are the weak link, which are restricting production efficiency and product quality of the steel welding mesh machine. Therefore, the paper’ main purpose is that studying the steel welding mesh product conveyor device and the work performance of the times power cylinder.The study had a comparison about different structure design of the steel welding mesh product conveyor device, we had the detail structure design and calculating of the driving chain wheel box, we had a3D modeling, the contact stress calculation and simulation on the wheel, roller of the driving chain wheel box by combining the elastic mechanics and ANSYS finite element, on the basis, we designed the new steel welding mesh product conveyor device; this paper expounded the function of the cylinder in the steel welding mesh machine, analyzed the working characteristics of the times power cylinder of drive electrode and established mathematical model, we also carried out a research on the work performance of the times power cylinder of drive electrode by using SIMULINK simulation module in MATLAB.The results are that improving the steel welding mesh product conveyor device, the steel welding net conveyer size increases from7meters to12meters, which enhance the stability of the transmission; by developing the driving times power cylinder, we can increase the welding pressure on the steel welding mesh, Improving the welding speed, finally, we manage to improve the production efficiency and product quality of the steel welding mesh machine.
