| Reinforced mesh welder is a typical impact load,which can cause serious power quality issues,such as large reactive power impact,high harmonic content,low power factor,large voltage fluctuations,three-phase imbalance and so on.It seriously endangers the safe operation of the steel welding net production line.Therefore,the research on reactive power compensation and harmonic control technology of rebar welding machine is of great significance to improve the power quality of power supply system and ensure the safe production of production line.Based on the background of a steel mesh production line,the power supply system and process flow are introduced in detail.Based on the research of the basic principle and working characteristics of the rebar welding machine,the reasons of its harmonic characteristics and three-phase imbalance problems are analyzed,and the reactive power capacity and harmonic content of the production line are estimated according to the relevant parameters.According to the actual load of the production line,the principle and compensation characteristics of two kinds of dynamic reactive power compensation devices are studied in detail.A hybrid reactive power compensation scheme combining static reactive power generator and passive filter(SVG + FC)is proposed.At the same time,according to the actual situation of the production line,a method of separating zero-sequence current is proposed,and the hardware circuit and software program of SVG control system are designed in detail.Finally,the compensation system model is built with MATLAB simulation software.The simulation results show that the compensation effect of this hybrid reactive power compensation scheme can meet the design requirements.The compensation device has been applied to the production line to obtain excellent reactive power compensation and harmonic control effect. |
