The problem of vibration fault of transformer caused serious threat to the safety of the power grid operation. It has important practical significance to discover the fault trend of transformer vibration timely and realize the effective identification of transformer vibration safety state.In order to study the vibration of transformer, reducing the vibration fault of transformer, this paper has carried on the finite element simulation analysis and study on vibration characteristics of transformer core-winding, and provide theoretical basis to judge transformer fault diagnosis of vibration,This article main research content is as follows:(1) Based on theory of magnetostriction and electromagnetic, combined with the structure parameters of 35kV oil-immersed transformer,to establish the simulation model of core and winding by use of ansys simulation software.(2) Based on the principle of vibration dynamics using Maxwell electromagnetic simulation software to calculate the transformer in a stable full during operation of each part of the distribution of the electromagnetic force, the electromagnetic force resulting data into the ANSYS analysis and study of the 35kV oil-immersed transformer vibration. And loose from the grip of two states on the core-the modal characteristics of the winding simulation analysis to identify the transformer core-distributed position winding vibration amplitude of the strongest, the best choice for transformer vibration measuring point location offers a theoretical basis. Contrast the normal clamping force range core - winding vibration amplitude -frequency characteristics, get the core - winding at baseline vibration amplitude compression state, which provides a theoretical basis for the threshold is set transformer vibration conditions.(3) On the clamping state, calculated the vibration amplitude-frequency response characteristic of core and winding to get distributions of their main frequency response band; combined with the characteristics of core winding response band, determined the main source of core winding the response frequency band.
