The vibration energy in the environment is widely spead.Vibration-based energy harvesting has received a gread attention in the past decade.Research motivation in this field is due to the power requirement of small electronic components,such as micro electro mechanical systems and low power electronic devices. The goal is to replace the traditional use of the battery. The vibration energy of piezoelectric cantilever beam can be converted to electrical energy by pizoelectric effect.The piezoelectric cantilever beam is a simple structure and convenient processing without poisonous to the environment,and long service life.lt has become a reasearch focus in the field of micro electro mechanical systems power supply.This dissertation first investgated the development trend of piezoelectric vibration power generation technology at home and abroad.Based on the structures of the single direction piezoelectric vibration energy harvesters,considering the environment vibration. The multi-direction piezoeletric vibration energy harvester is proposed.The mathematic model,finite element anlysis,experiment and structural optimization are focused on the multi-direction piezoeletric vibration energy harvester.The main research contents are as follows:1. Basic theories of the piezoelectric effect for piezoelectric material are introduced.For subsequent piezoelectric power generation device provides the theory basis for performance analysis. According to the theory of mechanics and piezoelectric theory established the mathematical model of the open circuit voltage of piezoelectric cantilever beam and the theoretical analysis,finite element anlysis and performance analysis of power generation device for the next step to lay the foundation.2. The static and dynamic analysis of the piezoelectric cantilever beam with mass and without mass are presented,for subsequent structure optimization and testing analysis provide theoretical guidance.In static analysis,the geometric parameters of piezoelectric ceramic,metal flexible substrate and mass influcing the output voltage and frequency are investigated in detail,while in dynamic analysis the vibration mode and frequency of piezoelectric cantilever beam and its harmonic response are also presented.Based on the above theory and simulation analysis,the multi-direction piezoeletric vibration energy harvester for the structure.3. For the overall assessment of the multi-direction piezoeletric vibration energy harvester power performance,set up the theory of the output voltage and power of the device,and device of energy collection circuit is designed.4. In order to actually test for vibration of the multi-direction piezoeletric vibration energy harvester power performance,make the generating set. The experimental results show that the multi-direction piezoeletric vibration energy harvester could collect vibration energy in all directions on the environment..Finally using the multi-direction piezoeletric vibration energy harvester to power leds,and obtained good luminous effect.
