This paper is based on the data processing of Mingantu Ultrawide Spectral Radio Heliograph, and do some research of real-time acquisition and fusion for various parameters which the MUSER data processing required. This paper covers three aspects.First, we achieve a real-time collection of heterogeneous data. The MUSER data processing must rely on a series important real-time parameters, including the antenna position data, optical data, antenna and receiver status data, meteorological data. This paper analyzes and discusses the parameters of different devices reading method, and given the collection of this data and the specific realization of acquisition.Second, we design and implement a fusion system of heterogeneous observational data. There were some difficulties to integrate the MUSER parameters because of the different sampling frequencies and data formats. This paper designed and realized a data fusion system by ZeroMQ technology to ensure the realization of MUSER data processing system.Third, on the basis of the above research, we designed and realized an instance of heterogeneous data integration. It generated the most commonly used file named UVFITS by the extraction of fusion data. The experimental results show that the extracted data is correct and UVFITS file can be processed by other scientific software.Overall, we use the heterogeneous data integration technology in the field of computer information to solve the critical issues in real-time acquisition and integration of heterogeneous data which ensured the construction of MUSER data processing system. Meanwhile, the research work of this paper is the common working of the astronomical telescope’s construction and has a certain reference value of other telescope’s construction.
