As an integral part of the rail transportation, the safety and stability of locomotive power is increasingly valued. Electromagnetic compatibility test is an important part in the safety and stability test of locomotive power supply and easy to appear problems. How to find and solve the problems of electromagnetic compatibility in the stage of design and testing of locomotive power supply is the research emphasis in this paper.Combined with the Dy1107 type of locomotive power supply,this paper has carried on the theoretical analysis and obtained the results of theoretical analysis for the PCB and filter design, combined with the theory of electromagnetic field theory and the filter design.Several EMS and EMI test are described in this paper. Analysising the issues in the stage of ESD,EFT,Surge and RE test. Putting forward the feasible improvement methods combined with the existing rectification measures.The final test results show that the measures can make the power supply pass the electromagnetic compatibility test, and reduce the economic cost to a great extent, making the technic and economy a whole.
