| With the development of my country’s rail transit industry,the electromagnetic environment inside railway locomotives has attracted more and more attention.The research object of this article is an electric drive diesel locomotive,which is a complex electrical system.The weak current system and the strong current system are used together in a narrow space.It is very easy to cause electromagnetic compatibility problems due to the cruel electromagnetic environment,and the human body is in high strength for a long time.In the electromagnetic field,electromagnetic radiation can also cause a series of health problems.Therefore,starting from the theory of radiation coupling mechanism,this paper uses software simulation to study the electromagnetic environment of the electric drive diesel locomotive,explores its radiation coupling to weak current sensitive equipment and the health and safety of electromagnetic radiation to the human body,and conducts on-site measurement experiments.,The measurement results are compared with the simulation results to verify the correctness of the simulation model.This vehicle electromagnetic modeling simulation method can provide a reference for the electromagnetic simulation of other types of railway locomotives and predict the electromagnetic environment of the vehicle.The main research contents of the thesis are:(1)Research the transmission line matrix method,finite integral method and the theoretical basis of electromagnetic field coupling,and compare the magnetic field limits proposed by the standards.(2)Analyzed the working relationship of the equipment of the electric drive diesel locomotive,and screened out the main electromagnetic radiation sources according to the radiation mechanism;simplified the car body model from the perspective of electromagnetic simulation,including the deletion of small structures and non-metallic components;pointed out the influence on cable radiation It is determined that the common mode current is the main reason for the electromagnetic radiation of the cable;starting from the black box test method,the equivalent electromagnetic radiation source of the equipment is established and its correctness is verified by simulation.(3)The electromagnetic environment simulation of the whole locomotive was carried out,and the magnetic field distribution cloud map of the whole car under150 k Hz and 15 MHz frequency and the frequency spectrum of the measuring point9 k Hz-30 MHz frequency band were obtained,and the locomotive N1 gear state and limit state were simulated.Radiation coupling to sensitive equipment cables and the biological effects of electromagnetic radiation on the human body.(4)Refer to relevant standards,conduct measurement experiments on electric-drive diesel locomotives,propose measurement schemes for common-mode current,equipment surface and electromagnetic field measurement at selected points,analyze the measurement results,and compare them with the simulation results.The reason for the error verifies the correctness of the vehicle simulation model. |
