Design And Implementation Of Intercom System For Building Intelligent Building Security

With the development of technology in the field of electronics, communication, building information system which is suitable for China’s residential construction and management requirements has been developed with Chinese characteristics. Based on the visible interphone, advanced technology is applied in building information system, such as information home appliances, intelligent control, computer network. Its technology and products have been on the forefront of the world compared with similar products. At present, the typical application of building intercom system probably can be divided into: independent model type intercom, villas intercom, pavilions, building intercom, pavilions building entrances intercom system, large network system, pure IP intercom system, etc. According to different residential floor and door model, the solutions are also different. This thesis will provide several typical system design for system integrators and engineering.This thesis is based on a certain residential projects, uses the design of the building intercom system standards and requirements to monitor the communication between users with housing point of whole village. The product performance, parameters and selection basis are introduced in detail in theory. Design the specific building points from the actual operation, transmission mode, image processing and video control and other issues, and acceptance of the project audit, implements the whole village non-stop for 24 hours security building to meet the demand of the project.First of all, elaborate the technology of building intercom systematic. And then analyze the requirements of the project to determine the use of digital transmission system. Next, according to the actual drawing, determine the products which meet the technical requirements, analyze the technical indexes and performance of the product, and make theoretical arguments. Finally, determine the monitor point. Construction installation shall be carried out in accordance with the national standard. The problems in construction need to be clarified in detail. Finish acceptance according to the standard, and complete the whole project design and implementation.
