The low temperature refrigerator were paid more and more attention, and widely used in family life, medical and health, biology, chemistry, instrumentation and other fields. Stable torage temperature, suitable storage humidity, energy conservation and environmental protection is the requirement for refrigerator. Optimize refrigerator air distribution mode in order to improve the distribution uniformity of temperature field and flow field, it can not only meet the requirements of the stability of storage temperature and humidity, and can achieve the purpose of energy saving, it is an effective way and methods to provide the product quality.Putting the air-cooled and vertical refrigerator which volume is 940 L as a study to establish the mathematical model of air flow, using Fluent simulated the distribution of temperature field and humidity field inside the cabinet with force convection in 15 minutes and the natural convection in 3 minutes. The computing results matched with the experimental results indicting the correctness of the calculating model introduced.According to the calculation results and the experimental results of the refrigerator sample, it can be seen the temperature of some location beyond the stipulated minimum limit temperature by national standard while the compressor and the circulation fans starts;But while the compressor and the circulation fans stop running, the heat transfer mode in the refrigerator is natural convection, the temperature increasing along the height direction sequentially from the bottom, the temperature of some location beyond the maximum limit temperature, and it did not meet the requirements of the refrigerator.So it put forward different air distribution in the way to optimize the optimization scheme of temperature field and humidity field, it mainly studies the influence on the temperature field and humidity field in the cabinet of the location of the evaporator, duct structure, the shape of air supply outlet and install the fan inside the refrigerator. Using the software FLUENT for numerical simulation of the different optimization scheme and the calculation results confirmed that it has obvious effect to improve the temperature field and humidity field distribution inside the refrigerator. While the compressor and the circulation fans starts, the low temperature in the refrigerator will not below the lower limit temperature; while the compressor and the circulation fans stop running, the upper temperature is also not exceed the maximum limit temperature.
