| Construction contract disputes is common problem in railway engineering, the construction of a contractual dispute might delay the construction period, the influence is not reasonable to solve engineering settlement, not conducive to the smooth progress of the railway engineering projects.At present, the dispute processing method is unitary,solve the low efficiency and long time consuming, lack of scientific tools, dispute solution will also because of people’s understanding of the differences.Therefore,urgent need a set of scientific computer aided intelligent model solve the railway engineering construction contract disputes.In view of this, the paper selected topic aided decision model for railway project construction contract dispute.In this paper, knowledge-based systems theory is applied in contract disputes, the cycle method is adopted to build the railway engineering construction contract disputes knowledge-based systems, the railway engineering construction contract disputes knowledge-based systems and properties are created, the concept of railway engineering construction contract disputes knowledge-based systems and attribute dictionary are given, and the instance of knowledge-based systems is applied by using protege4.2 software to form the OWL file. On the basis of these studies,knowledge-based systems and text information processor GATE are connected by setting the computer interface. The defect of text information processor GATE is remedied by using the tree hierarchy of the knowledge provided in knowledge-based systems to improve the accuracy of extracted information. In this paper, information extraction and reasoning rule base are in series, the fuzzy petri nets forward reasoning optimization algorithm is using to implement the reasoning rules, and the calculation principle is validated through the instance. At last, the paper discusses the implementation of the auxiliary decision-making model of the railway engineering construction contract disputes, and analyzes the research results and its deficiencies.In order to make up for the defect of the contract dispute, this paper puts forward that using auxiliary decision-making model railway engineering construction contract disputes, the computer intelligent technology is introduced into a contractual dispute,trying to seek systematic and scientific research methods, and improve the efficiencyof a contractual dispute solution.Computer intelligence technology to introduce the research in this field not only provides a new train of thought, its research results also can be a reference for enterprise decision-making, has certain theoretical value and practical guiding significance. |
