Machining deformation problem of aluminium alloy thin-wall is a common problem withmanufacturing industry,has long been restricted the progress of the advanced manufacturing,aerospace, electronics,automobile and so on bottlenecks in the development of manufacturingindustry. There are many factors that can cause machining deformation,and interaction betweenthese factors and regularity of complex, each factor is affected and restricted by differentfactors,comprehensive to consider and study very hard,this paper studied respectively,and theseveral main factors to control the machining deformation of aluminium alloy thin wall.1. Through the analysis of the heat treatment of aluminium alloy blank, predict internalstress distribution of the blank parts after heat treatment, machining application of CAEsimulation,and predict the machining deformation,according to the forecast results,select theappropriate modal frequency,spectrum harmonic vibration aging plan formulation,completethe experimental verification.2. In this paper,the low stress fixtures on the influence of deformation,and to open witha certain type of tank shell and fairing skeleton,for example,for low stress tooling design,realized the control of the machining deformation, also provides the foundation for thesubsequent production.3. The selection of cutting parameters,the author of this paper to analysis the influence ofthe thin-walled parts processing,analyzed 45% aluminum silicon carbide(45% Si Cp/Al) thisnew type of composite material of different kinds of typical machining cutting parameterselection. By cutting tool selection,cutting test and application of VC6.0 platform to developthe milling parameters optimization software to complete the parameter selection,and then tocarry on the test,manual cutting parameters are obtained.4. Through the optimization processing craft route, the machining deformation control. Ina model fairing metal frame as an example,according to the requirements of the processingtechnology,optimize the original processing craft route,finally realizes the control of themachining deformation.5. In this paper,a model module as an example,through the whole process of deformationcontrol,eliminate the internal stress,low stress tooling design,complete the cutting parameterselection,formulation process,finishing processing,to meet the technical index requirements.
