Along with the increasingly serious energy crisis, research and development of new energy vehicles won the world’s largest depot more input, the electric car technology is developing rapidly. Electric cars, electric integration degree higher compared to traditional internal combustion engine car, the car is more and more wide application of electronic equipment frequency band range, the influence between components is becoming much stronger. Electric car motor drive system with high voltage and high current, coupling paths is various, is the electric car inside one of the main source of electromagnetic interference, electromagnetic compatibility of the electric vehicles. In this paper, a model of the interior of the electric vehicle drive motor system as a case, the comprehensive analysis of the current system of internal motor of electric vehicle inverter EMC conduction interference problems, system of driving motor conduction of common mode and differential mode interference on electromagnetic compatibility analysis and simulation of electromagnetic interference suppression drive motor system measures, through the laboratory experiment, after rectification to verify the suppression measures to improve the electromagnetic compatibility of the electric car, have some practical value in engineering.Firstly according to the structure and control principle of the electric drive system, analyzes the main components of electric drive system electrical characteristics of the inverter, it is concluded that the IGBT switching tube by transients which, as a result of the transient voltage and transient current is the main reason of electromagnetic interference, and then for the further research, electromagnetic compatibility of the conducted interference coupling path for studying the characteristics of the drive system of electromagnetic compatibility to lay the theoretical foundation.Then, introduced and analyzed in this paper the three common methods to solve the problem of electromagnetic compatibility, grounding, filtering, shielding.Next, the inverter are established in the IGBT driver circuit model of the switch tube, according to the circuit model of IGBT switch tube, combined with the linear impedance stable power supply network, the situation of connection according to the motor, the circuit of electric drive system model is set up, the circuit model for the simulation research. Physical electromagnetic compatibility experiments of motor, and by comparing the actual test conducted interference current of frequency domain waveform and waveform, the results of simulation circuit is verified by establishing the model of motor drive system with consistency and in accordance with the practicability of the electromagnetic compatibility studies.Finally, EMC suppression measures: divided into three levels of filtering, improving the performance of motor drive system of electromagnetic compatibility, and experiment test, verify the effectiveness of suppressing measures and engineering value.
